* Two hour minimum. $75 an hour if you don’t have $1 million liability insurance. Liability insurance is usually only $35-40 a month so well worth it if you are a professional photographer.

Studio rental can be from 8 a.m to 10 pm. seven days per week. Studio must be available. All rentals must reserve in advance.

$150 a month for two half-days per month. They must be the same scheduled days each month, for example, every first and third Monday from 8 to noon.
Or every 2nd and 4th Thursday from 5 to 9 pm. That’s a $242 savings per month off the hourly rate!

You must commit to three months. Deposit is first and last month’s rent plus $150 security deposit. So if you are renting half-days two days per month, your deposit is $450, with the first $150 going toward the first month.
