Lightroom Update Problem and Fix

Can’t get your newly downloaded copy of Lightroom Creative Cloud to open?

Find your Creative Cloud by clicking on Start and then All Programs.

Click Adobe Creative Cloud to open program.

Log out of Creative Cloud by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right corner.

Choose Preferences/Sign Out.

All your Creative Cloud apps will be deactivated. Once the sign out is completed, log back in to reactivate your Creative Cloud apps and Lightroom Creative Cloud should open.
