Photography Workshop for Teens (early dismissal at the public school)

Teens - Here is a fun opportunity to get hands-on experience in a real photography studio! 

We’ll start with a 1.5 hour workshop on exposure.  If you don’t understand exactly what and why you change your aperture instead of your shutter speed or when to change your ISO - you will!!!  If you don’t have a clear handle on exposure, you will suffer in the rest of your photography.  Everything is hands on so you will be practicing on your camera while we learn.

Our next 1.5 hours will be about studio photography.  You’ll learn the basics of Studio Lighting and then we will have a model shoot for an hour!  Model shoots are so much fun and you’ll leave with fabulous, high fashion looking images.

More class time for about an hour - this time about flash photography.  If you have a speedlight; bring it.  If not, your pop up flash will do. 

We’ll zip over to the beach for some sunset portraits with our model. 

You’ll leave with beautiful images for your portfolio!! 

We’ll arrive back at Understand Photography/ Photography Naples studio at 6:30 p.m.

Bring:  DSLR Camera, fully charged batteries

If you have a detachable flash, bring it.  If not, we can work with your pop up flash.
