It’s the fourth class in the Four Weeks to Proficiency in Photography. \nBring your camera with a fully charged battery and your camera manual for this hands on workshop! \nIn this class\, we’ll have a quick review of Exposure since it is the foundation of photography and the most important thing for you to know. \n• We’ll go over the Menus and how to find what you are looking for. \n• White Balance – You will learn how to manage the colors of your camera under any lighting condition. We talk about setting your Kelvin number and Custom White balance. Shooting in RAW is helpful but getting the color right as you shoot will give you the most beautiful images. \n• Focal points and Focus Modes – How to change and why you would! Sharp pictures every time! \n• Metering modes – Evaluative\, Matrix\, Spot\, Center Weighted. Your metering mode affects your exposure. Learn which metering mode is best for which circumstance. SUMMARY:Old Naples Photo Tour
DESCRIPTION:\n				\n				\n				\n				\n					\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\nLearn a little bit about Naples and its history while learning about photography and getting great pictures! \nWe’ll walk through Old Naples 3rd Street area and end up on the beach for sunset photos. Again\, there will be a lesson on creating fabulous sunset images! \nOnly $99 for a three hour tour. \nPlease no walk-ons.  We will have to turn you away. \nBring: Fully charged cell phone or Camera and lenses that you are comfortable carrying for a couple hours. \nAll levels of photographers will enjoy this\, including cell phone photographers! \nTripod – this is REALLY NECESSARY for the sunset images. If you have ND or CPL filters\, bring them for the sunset pictures. \nSunset: 7:33 pm \nPark either in the Pier parking or behind Tommy Bahama’s. Pier parking costs $ but if you are park there\, you can leave your tripod in the car and run and get it for sunset. It’s on 12th Ave S across from Palm Cottage. \nPlease carefully read the refund policy! If the tour is canceled\, you will receive a full refund. If not\, you can send someone else in your place. This class is why our training center has grown so much. It’s such a great place to start! \nIf you want to learn the basic technical info in an easy to understand\, hands on class\, this is for you. \nCome to this workshop to learn about basic settings for shooting in manual mode\, Fstops\, shutter speeds\, ISO\, etc. It’s not going to be super technical but you’ll learn enough to get out of automatic mode and feel comfortable controlling your camera. \nTake this class and start taking pictures in manual setting with a perfect exposure right away! \nThis will be in a classroom type setting. Bring your camera so you’ll be able to practice what we are learning. We’ll keep it small so each participant can get a little individual help. Again\, there will be a lesson on creating fabulous sunset images! \nOnly $99 for a three hour tour. \nPlease no walk-ons.  We will have to turn you away. \nBring: Fully charged cell phone or Camera and lenses that you are comfortable carrying for a couple hours. \nAll levels of photographers will enjoy this\, including cell phone photographers! \nTripod – this is REALLY NECESSARY for the sunset images. If you have ND or CPL filters\, bring them for the sunset pictures. \nSunset: 7:40 pm \nPark either in the Pier parking or behind Tommy Bahama’s. Pier parking costs $ but if you are park there\, you can leave your tripod in the car and run and get it for sunset. Your photo subjects on this all day photography workshop will be the Florida Burrowing Owl and the colorful town of Matlacha. Your day long adventure will begin when you board our van at the Understand Photography Learning Center & Studio. \nThe morning’s session will focus on the Florida Burrowing Owl. Joe will instruct you on how to photograph these unique birds without disturbing them as they nest and care for their young.
