When you pull into Eagle Lakes Park, you may think there is nothing here for you as a photographer. It’s a busy recreational center with tennis courts, soccer and baseball fields, and a community center. Walk back into the park for an entirely different experience! There are a couple of small lakes along the 2.5 mile nature trail, all boasting many different species of wading birds, raptors and songbirds. There is not much shade; so be sure to wear a hat and bring sunscreen. Eagle Lakes Park is part of the Florida Birding Trail.
