Clam Pass is a beautiful beach for nature lovers. You can take the tram or walk the ¾ mile boardwalk through the mangroves. The boardwalk is a lovely place for portrait photography, but be aware it can be quite busy at times. There is lots of shade. Once you hit the beach, turn right (north) and walk another ¾ of a mile to the inlet. You’ll see lots of shorebirds and probably osprey, hawks and eagles.
The beach is not the best place for portrait photography. It’s a very small beach and quite crowded around the boardwalk. If you have customers, they may not want to walk ¾ of a mile to the quieter part of the beach.
